Web Design
Web design is really pretty straightforward stuff. You could probably do it yourself.
In fact, why not have me design your website,
and then hand it over to you to maintain.
There are several methods for designing pages, a static page, well suited to information that doesn't change much. A dynamic page, controlled by a Content Management System (CMS - such as this site), works well for content that is constantly changing and being added too, or a blog (that's a web log) which is great for keeping an 'online diary'. I meet with you and talk about what you would like to achieve and then show you the various options.
Examples:
Static Page
CMS
Blog
These days it's easy to get a site set up, and then all you have to do is maintain the content.
The menus and basic set up are the tricky bits, but once you have a basic template it's pretty easy to change and maintain. If you do get stuck, I'm always here or the web has a wealth of resources for you to use.
The pages I design are basic, fast loading, get the message across type. They are quick and cheap to design and deploy.
You may wish for something a bit flashier, I can handle that too.
If you don't want to maintain your own site, I can continue to update it for you and charge a small hourly fee to make changes (starting at $40.00 an hour).
Here are some of the sites I've had a hand in:
Sports Conscious
Earth Design
Barry for Hire
Balcombe Apartments
Storer (hey, that's my site)
Aspect Land Design
Bayside Revealed
Bruce Llama
The list continues to grow....
